I’m currently working on the proposals for the next books in THE CALLING Series. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to continue the series for at least another three books. I’m also working on a spin-off series with Maggie Gonzalez and David Harris since so many of you have written and asked when they were going to get their own story!
Here’s what I’ve got planned for the next three:
- Look for the introduction of Otro Mundo, an upscale restaurant with private dining rooms owned by Diego River and Ryder Latimer. The suspense part of the story will revolve around a vamp drug that is wreaking havoc in the Manhattan vampire underworld. The love story will focus on Blake and Meghan. I’ve been dying to write their story since I first introduced them in TEMPTATION CALLS.
- Vampire elder Stacia is sick of all the goodness and love surrounding her in Manhattan. When she overhears Diana and Ryder talking about a trip to Miami, she decides to follow. Stacia will soon run into Diana’s ex-lover Alex Garcia. She becomes fascinated with him and the attraction appears to be mutual. Of course, there’s the pesky business of a white slavery ring and Diana taking up Alex’s time. Not to mention that Stacia is convinced a mere mortal will never be able to handle her. . . . Or will he?
- Vengeance has a name — Nemesis — the Greek goddess of justice and retribution. For the last six years, Nemesis has adopted the persona of Helene Alexander and has been working in the FBI’s Philadelphia office as a profiler. During that time, she’s had a perfect record and justice has been served in every one of her cases, either in court or at the end of her gun. Justice, after all, must be done no matter the cost.
Helene will soon arrive in New York and discover a whole new world where the rules she knows don’t necessarily apply – especially to Miguel Sanchez, the FBI agent who is assigned to work the case with her, and enigmatic FBI Agent Diana Reyes who Helene senses is more than she seems.
Look for the sparks to fly between Miguel and Helene. Also look for an unexpected chapter in Diana’s and Ryder’s story.
